Do my links stop working if I stop paying?
No. Your links don't stop when you stop paying. They keep working on shrtl.us and shortturtle.us, and on the other addresses they already use. Links on your own domain keep working for 1 year.
How long do my links last?
Links keep working as long as people use them. A link with no visits, scans, taps or edits for 183 days (over 6 months) stops working. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before, and one click keeps it.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Short Turtle never sees your card number. Change plans or cancel any time under Plan and billing.
Who can sign up?
Short Turtle is invite-only: ask someone who uses it for an invite, and you can sign up right away. New accounts are for people in the United States. Anyone anywhere can open a Short Turtle link.
